Esther's first CNY (part 2)

Esther with Papa. ummh... Esther is too distracted by the tv ad to look at the camera. Must be one of her favourite ad AGAIN! Haha

Esther's first CNY

Esther celebrates her first Lunar New Year on 26 Jan 2009. She's all dressed up in her new cheong sum style dress to go 奶奶 place to 拜年. We were waiting for Papa cos he had forgotten to bring the red packets for his parents. So while waiting, we took photos lor. Beautiful rite!

Kiddy car ride

We took esther out on tuesday to bedok ntuc to do some cny shopping. On the way to Ah Chye's car we saw this vendor renting kiddy cars out to children around. Seeing an idle car my MIL sits esther down into it. And i think she Loves it. Esther will show us her happy giggling face while she fiddles with the buttons and even tried to jerk the car to get it moving. So cute. Will definitely bring her back for rides when she's older. Will be great if papa is willing to buy her a personal motorised car. Fingers crossed.

Esther at T3

We were at T3 yest for lunch after church service ended at 12.15pm. Oh yes, there has been a change in services timing now. Is a new year you know, so gotta have some changes. Anyway adult english service has combined with youth service and now starts at 10am. Chinese services will start at 12pm at both TC and TCT. And where was I? Ya, lunch at B2 food court. Papa bought a new nike wind breaker at 99bucks in 10min. And the poor mama has to think for half hour, thread the floor back and forth, before deciding to get the discounted mango sweater for 50bucks. Ok, side tracked again. The children play area looks quite good now. More things to play. And esther absolutely love the water fountain area, seeing jets of water shooting out from nowhere. Nice place to hang around after lunch.

Esther is going Hong Kong!

We are all going to Hong Kong (all except my mother in law) in feb. This will be the first time that esther is stepping out of Singapore. Decided to send her passport application online to save money and hassle. We used this photo for her passport. Cute or not? A bit boy boy but can pass la hor keke Hope her looks won't change too much in the next 5 years. If not will have to spend another 70bucks to change her passport. Haha stingy mama

New chair for Esther

Esther has been taking her meals while seated in her walker for a few months now. I finally couldn't take it anymore that she is not learning the proper table manners and bought her a booster seat from ToysRus yest. I always believe that good habits must be cultivated from young. Meal times are good family bonding time!
